ROSARIO TO PHILLIES

The Toronto Blue Jays sent Francisco Rosario to the Phillies today for cash considerations.  Rosario who has pitched for Syracuse in each of the last two seasons did not make the Jays out of Spring Training and was out of options.

Rosario pitched well in Syracuse and I enjoyed him in Toronto and it’s unfortunent to see him go but what are you gunna do.
