Chiefs back in town tonight

After 12 days away from home, the Chiefs are back at Alliance Bank Stadium tonight to open an eight-game homestand with a 7:15 pm contest against the Richmond Braves.

Tonight is Post-Standard Newspaper in Education Night and Volunteer Firefighter Night.
Cannon_Chip.jpgThe Post-Standard will hand out special editions of the newspaper suitable for autographs and Chiefs infielder Chip Cannon will sign autographs at the Post-Standard kiosk from 6:15-6:30.
Fire trucks from local volunteer fire departments will be parked outside the main gates for public viewing.  The OCVFA will also hold a raffle on the concourse to win a bat autographed by the Chiefs, a baseball autographed by Chiefs outfielder Adam Lind, or a $20 gift certificate to the Whistlestop Souvenir Store.
